One way to increase self-confidence while playing soccer is to practice regularly and work on improving skills and techniques. Setting achievable goals and working towards them can also help build confidence. Additionally, focusing on the positive aspects of your performance and learning from mistakes rather than dwelling on them can boost self-confidence. Finally, surrounding yourself with supportive and encouraging teammates and coaches can also contribute to a positive mindset and increased self-confidence on the field. **

Burnt self-development tastes bitter and unpleasant. It can leave a lingering aftertaste of regret and disappointment. When self-development is pushed too hard or forced, it can result in feelings of failure and frustration. Just like burnt food, burnt self-development can be difficult to swallow and may leave a negative impact on one's overall well-being. **

A self-financing property is a real estate investment that generates enough income to cover all expenses associated with owning and operating the property. This includes mortgage payments, property taxes, insurance, maintenance costs, and any other expenses. Essentially, the property pays for itself without the need for additional funds from the owner. This can be achieved through rental income, leasing agreements, or other revenue streams generated by the property. **

Additionally, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear provides practical strategies for building good habits and breaking bad ones. These books offer valuable insights and actionable advice for personal growth and development. **

Hungary can still be a good opportunity for investment due to its strategic location in Central Europe, well-developed infrastructure, and skilled workforce. The country also offers various incentives for foreign investors, such as tax breaks and grants. Additionally, Hungary has been making efforts to improve its business environment and attract foreign investment through reforms and initiatives. However, potential investors should carefully consider the economic and political risks, as well as the regulatory environment, before making any investment decisions in Hungary. **

If I had the opportunity to speak to my younger self, I would tell them to be kind to themselves and others, to not be afraid to take risks and pursue their passions, and to prioritize their mental and physical well-being. I would encourage them to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and to not be discouraged by setbacks. I would also remind them to cherish the present moment and not to worry too much about the future, as everything will eventually fall into place. **
